DELTA Machinery Win Norm’s Shop Sweepstakes Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. Void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited. Sweepstakes begins on or about 11:59:59 p.m. Eastern Time (ET) March 15, 2007 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on May 15, 2007 ("Sweepstakes Period"). DELTA Machinery Win Norm’s Shop Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is intended for viewing and participation in the United States or the District of Columbia only and shall be construed and evaluated only according to United States law. Do not proceed in the Sweepstakes website if you are not located in the United States or the District of Columbia at the time of entry.

Who may enter: Sweepstakes open to legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older (19 in Alabama and Nebraska), as of March 15, 2007. Employees, officers, and directors of DELTA International Machinery Corp. ("Sponsor"), their subsidiaries, affiliated companies, dealers, advertising and promotion agencies and those associated with the development, distribution or implementation of this Sweepstakes, their immediate families (including parents, in-laws, siblings, children or spouse, regardless of where they live) and members of the same household, whether related or not, are not eligible to participate.

How to enter: During the Sweepstakes Period, visit www.lowes.com/winnormshop, accurately complete the online registration form with your name, company name, address, city, state, zip code, daytime phone number, fax number and email address and click "submit". Limit one entry per person, per email address (regardless of whether one person has more than one email address or more than one person uses the same email address). All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned, and no correspondence will be entered into. All online entries must be received by 11:59:59 p.m. (ET) May 15, 2007 to be eligible for the random drawing.

Winning: On or around June 1, 2007, potential winners will be determined by a random drawing conducted by independent judges from among all eligible entries received. The potential Prize Winners must meet all eligibility requirements set forth in these rules to qualify for prize.

Odds of Winning: Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Second Prize (1): 9 piece DELTA Tools and Accessories Package which includes: 36-979 Table Saw, 36-U30 Unifence, JT360 6" Jointer, 28-276 Band Saw, 17-950L Drill Press, 31-695 6" Disc/9" Belt Sander, 22-580 Planer, AP400 Dust Collector, AP100 Air Filter, with a combined ARV of $3,000. Third Prize (1): 6 piece DELTA Tools and Accessories Package, which includes: 36-979 Table Saw, 36-T30 T2Fence, JT360 6" Jointer, 28-276 Band Saw, 17-950L Drill Press, 22-580 Planer, with a combined ARV of $2,195. Total ARV of all prizes: $20,195. No cash redemption, substitution or transfer of prize, except at Sponsor's sole discretion and, if prize becomes unavailable for any reason, Sponsor may award substitute of equal or greater value. All taxes and any other expenses not specified are the responsibility of the winners.

Claiming prize: Sponsor will attempt to notify potential winners by mail and/or phone (at Sponsor’s discretion) on or about June 15, 2007. Potential winners will be required to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility, liability, and publicity release within seven days of notification or else prize may be forfeited in its entirety. (Tennessee residents need not sign publicity release.) In the event of noncompliance with these Official Rules, if the entrant does not respond or cannot be contacted at the address associated with his or her entry form within seven (7) days of the drawing, or if the notification is undeliverable, prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission and a waiver to use, copyright, reproduce, display and publish winner’s name, biographical information, image, photograph, voice and/or likeness by Sponsor and its agents, successors, and assigns for any purpose and in any media whatsoever, whether now known or hereafter developed, throughout the universe in perpetuity, without review or further compensation to entrant. By participating, all entrants acknowledge compliance with and agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor and judges, which are final and binding in all respects. In the event of a dispute, all online entries will be deemed made by the account holder of the email account from which they were sent. An email account holder shall mean the natural person assigned to such email account by the Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for the assigning of email addresses for the domain associated with such email account. Multiple participants are not permitted to share the same email address. Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that participant's entries and that participant may be disqualified. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. In the event of a dispute as to any registration, the authorized account holder of the email address used to register will be deemed to be the registrant or player. The potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized email account holder.

Conditions: Entrants, by participating, release and agree to hold harmless Sponsor, Lowe’s, and their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and each of their respective directors, officers, employees, representatives and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind to persons, including death, and property, arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize, or participation in the Sweepstakes. Neither Sponsor nor its respective agencies are responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by tampering, manipulation, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes, the unavailability or inaccessibility of any web site or service; unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes, electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; or any injury or damage to persons or property, including but not limited to entrant's computer, which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the Sweepstakes or from downloading any material from Sponsor's web site(s), regardless of whether the material was prepared by Sponsor, or a third party, and regardless of whether the material is connected to Sponsor's web site by a hypertext link and Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, satellite malfunction technical error, theft or destruction or unauthorized access. Sponsor is not responsible for telephone, computer, or network malfunction or for computer virus or for damage caused to participant’s computer by accessing sweepstakes web site. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, illegible, or incomplete entries. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes, to be acting in violation of the official rules, or to be acting in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Any use of robotic, automatic, macro, programmed, third-party or like entry methods will void all such entries by such methods, and disqualify any entrant using such methods. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned by reason of, but not limited to, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which Sponsor, in the sole opinion of Sponsor, deems could corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes and select the winners from eligible entries received prior to the action or as otherwise may be deemed fair and equitable by Sponsor. In the event Sponsor terminates the Sweepstakes prior to the end of the Sweepstakes period, it shall post notice thereof at www.lowes.com/winnormshop. All properly claimed prizes will be awarded, but in no event will Sponsor award more prizes than are provided for in these Official Rules.
