Denon AVR-1610

Features

Video Input Signals Converted To Digital Video Signals

Analog video input signals (composite, S-video, component) are converted to digital video signals and transmitted to the HDMI output port. Digital video signals are sent to HDMI output even when multiple HDMI devices such as a video camera or a game console are connected to the AVR-1610. One HDMI cable is all that’s needed to connect the AVR-1610 to a TV (monitor).

Audyssey Features

This Denon AVR uses three Audyssey technologies to give you the best sound possible in your home theater.

  • Audyssey MultEQ is the award winning room equalization solution for calibrating audio systems to overcome acoustical problems in your listening environment.
  • Audyssey Dynamic Volume solves the problem of having to adjust the volume control because of significant shifts in level between TV programs, commercials, and within program material.
  • Audyssey Dynamic EQ enables rich, full sound at any volume level by taking into account human perception and room acoustics and making moment-by-moment adjustments as volume is changed.

Dolby Pro Logic IIz, Dolby TrueHD, dts-HD Master Audio

The new Dolby Pro Logic IIz decoder now includes the option of additional dual front height effects speakers to provide a dramatic expansion of the front sound stage, and is completely compatible with all current stereo and multi-channel formats.

Minimum Signal Path For Clear Audio and Video Signal

The “simple and straight” design concept has been thoroughly implemented in the signal paths to contribute to immaculately clean audio and video playback. Signal paths are as short as possible to keep signal degradation in the audio and video circuitry to an absolute minimum.
