Features

Aluminum Roof System

Will not rust or rot and requires minimal maintenance. A 10” wide interlocking “V” pan, is available in 4 thicknesses to meet the load requirements in even the harshest environments.  Stucco embossed finish.

Support Beam

Beam is a “C” shaped 2” x 4” of  roll formed Galvalume steel .048 thick.  Roof panels are punched standard at 6” from the front for beam placement.  C beam is prepunched to match 10” “V” roof panels to simplify installation. C beam support increases wind and snow load. Setback eliminates setting of posts on patio edge to reduce patio damage.

Support Posts

Options include: decorative columns available with numerous designs of cast aluminum inserts or 3” square heavy walled extruded aluminum. Both mount under beam.

Aluminum Fascia

6” roll-formed aluminum fascia has a built in gutter and attaches to roof panels with a clip system. Stucco embossed finish.

Easy To Install

Heavy duty, extruded aluminum, 2 piece mounting rail requires only 1 ½” of mounting space on the wall.  Two piece system creates a hinge to slope cover away from the building for proper drainage.  Plus allows the cover to move independently of the wall, minimizing possible damage from frost and freeze upheaval.

Many Uses

The Sierra is designed as an attached patio cover/carport.

Options

Options include downspout kits for directional drainage at ground level.
