2. Does Universal offer rust protection?

3. Is it difficult to apply?

4. How long does it take to dry?
Universal™ dries to the touch in 30 minutes, and is ready to handle in 1 hour. It is fully dry in 24 hours. A second coat can be applied within 1 hour or after 24 hours when the paint is fully dry.

5. Do I need a primer when using Universal?
For most painted surfaces, a primer is not required. However, a primer may be needed if the surface is highly porous (e.g., wood) and has not been previously painted.

6. Can Universal be applied over other oil-based and water-based paints?
Yes, Universal is compatible with oil and water-base paints. When applying over water-based paints, it is suggested that the base coat be left to dry for 2 to 3 days to ensure ideal results.

7. How much area will Universal™ cover?
One can covers 25%-50% more surface area than your average multi-purpose paint due to higher solid content per can. The advanced delivery system offers a perfect mist with a higher output than traditional spray paints for fast and easy coverage.

8. What painting conditions are necessary for applying Universal™?
Universal can be used when temperature is between 50ºF and 90ºF (10º-32ºC) and humidity is below 85%.
