  • Air Gap
  • Drain Tube Extension

• Overview
  • Turn off power
  • Remove existing disposer
  • Check condition of mounting hardware
  • Connect drain and install disposer
• Removing Existing Disposer
  • Turn off power
  • Disconnect drain trap
  • Loosen mounting ring
  • Disconnect electrical connections
• Removing Mounting Hardware
  • Loosen mounting screws
  • Pry off snap ring
  • Remove mounting assembly
  • Push old sink flange up through sink hole

  • Press flange into place

  • If needed, tap out dishwasher plug
  • Lay disposer on its side

  • Connect discharge tube to drain plumbing
  • Connect dishwasher drain to disposer
  • Lock the disposal into place
