- 3/8" Electrical Clamp Connector
- Second 1 1/2" Drain Trap
- Hammer
- Hacksaw
- Water Hose Clamp
- Pipe Wrench
- Copper Ground wire
- Dishwasher Drain Connection Kit
- Air Gap
- Drain Tube Extension
- Electrical On/Off Switch or InSinkErator SinkTop Switch™
- InSinkErator Power Cord Kit
- Overview
- Turn off power
- Remove existing disposer
- Check condition of mounting hardware
- Connect drain and install disposer
- Removing Existing Disposer
- Turn off power
- Disconnect drain trap
- Loosen mounting ring
- Disconnect electrical connections
- Removing Mounting Hardware
- Loosen mounting screws
- Pry off snap ring
- Remove mounting assembly
- Push old sink flange up through sink hole
- Installing Mounting Bracket
- Place putty around opening
- Press flange into place
- Slide on pieces from under the sink
- Tighten bracket
- Tap Out Knockout Plug
- If needed, tap out dishwasher plug
- Lay disposer on its side
- Mounting Preparation
- Lay disposer on its side
- Make electrical connections
- Installation of Disposer
- Mount disposer under sink
- Connect discharge tube to drain plumbing
- Connect dishwasher drain to disposer
- Lock the disposal into place
- Insert Quiet Collar baffle

- Mount disposer under sink
- Connect discharge tube to drain plumbing
- Connect dishwasher drain to disposer
- Lock the disposal into place
- Snap the cover control into place
