  • Dimension 4 Premium Workbenches are ergonomically designed to fit the people who work at them. Equipped with adjustable components, and with production accessories situated within easy reach and sight line, they help boost productivity by eliminating wasted motion, cluttered work areas, and operator fatigue. They have a clean and stylish appearance, and their modularity allows complete flexibility in arranging premium workbenches. When configured in popular “U-cell” layouts, they will accommodate many people performing a variety of tasks for the most efficient use of available space.

  • The Pro Series is especially suited for arranging continuous rows of standalone premium workbenches. All models are height adjustable— with many electrically or hydraulically actuated. The Pro Series offers a full range of optional accessories, including several sizes of frame-mounted drawers and cabinets, full-length electrical raceways, and ESD-safe worksurfaces. These benches can be enhanced with instrument shelves or MTS upper structures.

Hundreds of pre-configured models are available—a wide variety of optional drawers, cabinets, adjustable shelving, fluorescent task lighting, mechanical and electrical components, and color choices allow endless customization.

  • 5000 Series tables are manufactured specifically for clean room use, featuring Class 100 worksurface sealing. They feature sturdy tubular steel frames that are vibration free, and all dust-collecting areas have been eliminated. Height adjustability is maintained through the use of extrusive seals on the table’s extendable legs.
    
    Our Laminar Flow workstations are engineered and manufactured with attractive contemporary styling and the highest quality construction. Recommended for any Class 100 requirement that does not produce by-products that can contaminate the worker or production area. Available as either vertical or horizontal flow models. These specialized workstations are constructed with cold rolled steel for durability and finished with powder coating for long lasting performance. Standard worksurfaces include cleanroom seal.

  • Strength & Comfort:

    IAC uses high density, 1-3/16" thick industrial grade particle board for strength and rigidity. The front features a smooth 180 degree rolled edge for extreme arm comfort. Assembly is simplifed and made more secure with computer-controlled pre-drilled mounting holes supplied from the factory with durable threaded metal inserts. Select from a broad range of sizes and congurations, including corner and semicircular shapes.

  • ESD:

    Provide a safe environment for sensitive electronics assembly. Select from a broad range of ESD laminates with integrated grounding stud, and Personal Grounding Kit.

  • Materials:

    In addition to commonly used Standard and ESD, IAC also offers worksurfaces made of stainless steel, maple block, or Trespa® for lab use.

  • Adjustable Height:

    Height adjustment addresses issues of ergonomics, multi-person use, and changing project requirements. IAC offers both manual and motorized worksurface adjustability options.

  • Ergo Footrests:

    Ease operator fatigue of standing or sitting operators. Either frame mounted or standalone, IAC footrests offer quick height and angle adjustment with a touch of the toe, and non-skid surface to feet in place without effort.

  • Material Handling:

    A wide variety of roller and ball transfer options are available for inclusion in custom worksurfaces. Built to order, they ease the movement of heavy objects. Styles include: worksurface inlaid galvanized rollers or skate wheels; frame mounted galvanized or plastic rollers; pop-up stainless steels balls with pneumatic pop-up brakes.

  • Adjustable Shelving:

    Keeps everything in comfortable reach. They feature adjustable height and angle, with a choice of depth and length to fit your workbench. Solid shelves are surfaced with standard or ESD laminate; open wire shelves are chrome plated.

  • Upper Cabinets:

    All metal construction using heavy gauge formed steel. Overhead storage includes single- or double- upper doors, and sliding doors. Sizes range from 48" to 72" to provide up to almost 10 cubic feet of space. Handles are flush for clean lines, and locks are standard.

  • Lower Drawers & Cabinets:

    Suspended or fixed cabinets with multiple drawer or drawer/storage cabinet configurations. All metal construction using heavy gauge formed steel. Recessed handles prevent bumps and snags. Optional locking mechanisms—individual or ganged cylinder locks.

  • Lighting:

    Use high effciency T8 tubes and available in Standard, High Output, and 3-Tube versions. Fixtures move up/down, in/out, and tilts to better direct light to on the work and away from the operator's eyes. IAC lighting operates at above 20,000 Hz to reduce hum and flicker.

  • Above Worksurface Utility:

    MTS frames & accessories and EZE Reach frames & accessories attach to the back edge of the workbench prove structure for shelving, lighting, swing arms, tool trolleys, part cup racks, tool holders, electrical outlets, and more!

  • Casters:
