- CartCaddyLite: Push or pull up to 1500 lbs
Common applications solved with the CartCaddyLite include hospital carts, laundry carts, maintenance carts or parts carts. These types of carts typically are less than 1500 lbs and are generally maneuvered manually.
- CartCaddyShorty: Push or pull up to 3000 lbs
The CartCaddyShorty is the smallest, most maneuverable tug available on the market, and still has plenty of power to handle most Industrial push or pull applications. The most common application is the cart with two front swivel casters and 2 straight casters. The Caddy attaches to the swivel castered end and provides the pushing and pulling power necessary for easy turning and intricate maneuvering while minimizing the risk of injury, which in turn reduces the overall number of workman's compensation and insurance claims.
- CartCaddy5WP: Push or pull up to 10,000 lbs
The 5WP model has added weight over the drive tires to provide increased traction for heavier loads. The most common application is the cart with 2 front swivel casters and 2 rear straight casters. The CartCaddy5WP attaches to the swivel caster end and provides the pushing and pulling power necessary for intricate maneuvering and pivoting of your loads. After the attachment is attached firmly to your carts or equipment, the units 5th wheel turning allows the caddy to pivot a full 180 degrees under the arm. This feature allows your operator to turn the tugger without jackknifing your cart. The unit also works great on carts with materials that hang over the cart.
- CartCaddyHD5WP: Push or pull up to 50,000 lbs
The CartCaddyHD is the heavy-duty upgrade to the CartCaddy5WP. The HD model has increased weight over the drive tires to increase traction for heavier loads, as well as increased power. The most common application is the cart with 2 front swivel casters and 2 straight casters. The unit generally replaces 4 to 6 people dedicated to pushing a heavy load, or eliminates the use of a more costly and cumbersome piece of equipment designed for a different material handling task, such as a fork truck, walkie, or an electric pallet jack.

The end of these tongues generally have a ring that is grabbed with a pintle hitch or pin. The most common application is a single trailer with quad steering wheels or a train of self tracking carts. The CartCaddyWagonWheel electric tugger has a variable speed twist grip for forward and reverse directions from 0-3 mph.
