What are the best features of the Svan Bouncer?
The best features of the Svan Bouncer are its adjustability and the foot bouncing action. The Svan Bouncer can be adjusted from nearly horizontal to upright. This adjustment is continuous and can be set at any point in between these two positions.
The design of the bouncer allows you to bounce the seat with a gentle tap of your foot without overstimulating baby.

Does the Svan Bouncer include a safety harness?Yes, The Svan Bouncer includes a three-point safety harness with easy to use clips on either side.  It should be used to secure your child in the seat at all times.
 


What type of materials are used to make the Svan Bouncer?
The Svan Bouncer is made of bent Birch wood with a lead-free finish. The padded seat is filled with a washable polyurethane, PBDE-free foam and is covered in a Cotton/Polyester blend fabric that is easy to clean.


Are the stain finish and glue used on the Svan Bouncers harmful to my child?
All materials used in the production of the Svan Bouncer meet US Federal Regulations for safety and are not harmful to your child.
 


How do I clean my Svan Bouncer?
You can use a damp cloth with mild soap or other cleanser that is suitable for wood furniture. Treat the wood finish as you would any other piece of wooden furniture in your home. Never submerge it in water and always dry thoroughly after cleaning and spills. The detachable fabric portion of the bouncer is machine washable on a delicate cycle (air dry).
 


What is the warranty period?
Svan AB warrants its products to be free from substantial defects in workmanship and material under normal household use in accordance with the assembling instructions for two (2) years following date of purchase. Svan will, at its discretion, replace or repair any item requiring service. This warranty shall not apply to damages arising from neglect, accidental damage, or commercial use of the product. This is a limited warranty. Liability for consequential damages is expressly excluded. Proof of purchase is required.
