- D-250 Moisture Vapor Barrier: D-250 is a two component, water-based, penetrating epoxy coating formulated to reduce moisuture vapor transmission from substrates with moisture vapor emission rates as high as 14 lbs with one coat and 25 lbs with two coats to an acceptable level as recommended by ASTM.

- D-261 Extreme Moisture Vapor Barrier: D-261 Extreme Moisture Vapor Barrier Coating is a two component, extreme performance, epoxy coating formulated to dramatically reduce moisture vapor transmission from substrates with moisture vapor emission rates as high as 25 lbs with one coat to acceptable level as recommended by ASTM 1869.

- Blockade Antimcirobial Protection: Both D-250 and D-261 contain Bostik’s BLOCKADE™ antimicrobial protection which inhibits the growth of bacteria, mold or mildew on the surface of the dried membrane; the dried membrane resists stains caused by mold. This antimicrobial protection is a breakthrough , silver-based agent by AgION technologies.
- Silver-based Agent: The AgION antimicrobial compound is an inorganic material that’s active ingredient is ionic silver and begins to work after coming in contact with moisture. Durabond coatings that contain AgION are most useful in buildings where there is a heightened concern about microbial growth, such as supermarkets, hospitals, nursing homes, daycare centers, schools and pharmaceutical facilities.
- Reduces Alkalinity of Concrete: Both D-250 and D-261 reduce the surface alkalinity of concrete slabs to Ph levels of 9 or lower.
- CRI PLUS certified: Durabond D-250 and D-261 are CRI Green Label Plus certified. This means that both products meet the Carpet and Rug Institutes low-VOC emission criteria achieved through the indoor air quality adhesives testing program. The GLP program establishes the highest standard for indoor air quality ever set by the carpet industry.

- Warranty Registration Form: To obtain the Durabond Installation System Warranty for adhesion, moisture reduction and alkalikity control (prorated 10 years), D-250 must be applied according to directions, used only with Bostik's Durabond brand adhesives and patches/underlayments, and the Warranty Registration Form must be completely filled out and registered with Bostik, Inc. within 30 days of the installation. Failure to register the warranty with Bostik shall result in the Durabond standard, one year, material replacement warranty only.
