Bostik MVP4 Moisture Vapor Protection Features

    • Reduces Moisture Vapor:
      Reduce Moisture Vapor Transmission from the subfloor
    • Noise Reduction Barrier: Creates a noisie reduction barrier over the substrate to repel ambient sound which might emanate from areas above the substrate.
    • Creates Antifracture Membrane:
    • Bridges Cracks up to 1/8":
    • Antimicrombial Protection: MVP4 contains Bostik's BLOCKADE™ antimicrobial protection which inhibits the growth of bacteria, mold, mildew on the surface of the dried membrane; the dried membrane resists stains caused by mold.

Specifications:
Trowel size: 3/16" x 5/32" V notch
Coverage: 40 square feet per gallon
Cure Time: 12-16 hours depending on temperature and humidity. The higher the temperature and humidity the faster the cure time.




Prior to the Installation of MVP4
  • Thoroughly inspect the jobsite
  • Follow industry standards
  • Follow Wood Floor Manufacturer's recommendations for acclimating the wood
  • Conduct Moisture and Relative Humidity Tests
